Becoming aware of how you are feeling (frightened, frustrated, trapped, "suffocated", angry, etc. vs. TRULY AT PEACE with this process) is the single most helpful thing you can do to keep yourself healthy, happy, and still growing spiritually during these chaotic times. In this video, I talk about how to process and release all the crummy feelings so that you can get back to a space of genuine calm and compassionate curiosity about what is occurring and what the future will hold.
