Blender Modeling Basics Part 1

In this video I demonstrate how to model and texture a model in Blender. To keep it as simple as possible, the model was an old CRT TV.
The software used throughout this video was pixilart.com and Blender which can be downloaded from blender.org

For more information on the steps used in Blender:
Select Items - Left-mouse click
Delete Items - 'x' then select "Delete" from the menu
Switch between Object and Edit mode - 'Tab' key
Use Vertex Select (edit mode only) - '1' on the keyboard (not numpad)
Use Edge Select (edit mode only) - '2' on the keyboard (not numpad)
Use Face Select (edit mode only) - '3' on the keyboard (not numpad)
Move an item - 'g' on keyboard, "Grab"
Scale an item - 's' on keyboard
Rotate an item - 'r' on keyboard
* 'g', 's', and 'r' can be locked to an axis by pressing 'x', 'y', or 'z'
* 'ctrl' can snap to units
Extrude a face - 'e' on keyboard (can also be done with multiple faces)
Inset a face - 'i' on keyboard
Snap view to front - 1 on numpad
Snap view to left - 3 on numpad
Snap view to top - 7 on numpad
Toggle orthographic or perspective mode - 5 on numpad
