They made Ghostly Weaker without telling anyone

Yesterday, when Keane played this game, the trait information INGAME had still not updated to show accurate info about ghostly, DESPITE the fact that new patch launched. But today, if you go into your own games, the tooltip will show accuarately, but they never included any of these changes in the patch notes. this happens sometimes, its not a big deal, but good to know. Have fun!
