Vintage Display Technology Pt.2: An E1T-Clock

The E1T Decade-Counter-Tube was probably the first luminescent "digital" display-tube before nixie-tubes took over.

It has sort of a miniature oscilloscope integrated in the tube and a single pulse on the input shifts the beam to the next position.
When it going from "9" to "0" you get a pulse-shape that can be connected to the next tube to make a multi-digit counter without additional active electronics.
