Victoria Lockdown 4.0 protest speech - David Limbrick MP

On the eve of Victoria's fourth lockdown David Limbrick attended the protest against it. This is his speech. Tomorrow we see if our Bill to hold to account those who sign disproportionate lockdown orders will pass the upper house.
