guys this video has been in the works for a WHILE. 💐🌞✨ if you've ever wondered how I personally define the idea of casual magic, this is it. Finding magic in the everyday mundane. Finding just one thing, no matter how small, to find beauty in and appreciate every day. This is my secret for how to enjoy life more fully.

This practice of daily gratitude was the mindset shift which most changed my life. No matter how rough life gets, my day always gets better when I actively look for beauty. Sending so so much love to you all! You'll always be my casual magic 💐

I'm not sure who coined the phrase casual magic! I've been looking for daily gratitude since I was about 16 or 17 and I started defining it under the phrase 'casual magic' after hearing about similar concepts.
