The Godfather of Chinatown: "Uncle Benny" Ong

Benny Ong for years ran New York's Chinatown's criminal element for decades. He ran the Hip Sing Tong, a commerce group that handled the neighborhood. They also ran gambling, prostitution and extortion. He would hire gangs to handle the dirty work but would run into splinter factions who vied for power.
