I got a jump start on my springtime to-do list by replacing the spark plugs on my 2008 Hummer H3 with almost 100K miles on it. The process for replacing spark plugs is just about the same for any car and I share some of my tips as I replace my spark plugs along with how to gap them for an optimal spark.

Iridium centerwire tips last longer than copper and are tapered for a more focused ignition - I’ll take that extra fuel efficiency thank you. These are good for another 100k miles but as for the rest of my car …well, that’s what zip ties and duct tape are for, am I right?!
