Druid of the Jungle can't hit Frozen

Basically, Druid of the Jungle was corrected in v37.2 so the vine can't hit Leads or Frozen. Ignorance of Leads is easy to verify, but Frozens is a bit... suspicious. And what could be more suspicious than trying to grab a frozen target? Let you decide.
