Lean muscle mass series 🔥 day 22/180

this is my day 22 video of lean muscle series. i started my day with 20 min walk at home. then i did 10 praayanam and 20 anulom vilom . guys there are numerous benifits like better cardiovascular health, it's boosts metabolism and immunity. clear bronchitis issue. aids in sleep quality. then i had 8 small idli and sambhar chatni for breakfast followed by 1 scoop atom whey protein and wellcore 1 scoop creatine. then i went to gym . started with deadlifts 4 sets from 30 kg til 130 kg. then idid latpulldown 4 sets and tbar rowing 4 sets. then i had 2 chappati aalu gobi sabzi and 100gm panner for lunch followed by 15 gm yogurt. then in evening walkof 1.5 hr followed by 2 ragi roti lauki sabzi and dal for dinner. thank u #minivlog #motivation
