Suspension Upgrade - Replacing the Escalade ESV Ride Control

Our 2011 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum was in dire need of upgrading the auto-ride suspension system. We reached out to Arnott Industries for their part # C-3185 conversion kit. The magnetic ride control struts on the front were sitting all the way on the bottom (firmest) and the ride was very harsh. Ride over some railroad tracks and all you heard were squeaks and clunks.

The new Arnott conversion kit includes Eibach shocks for the rear and Eibach struts for the front. The struts reuse the front springs, but the rear shocks come with new Arnott, made in the USA, springs. These new springs are at least 1/10" bigger in diameter than the original springs. Installation is straightforward and the Arnott instructions are very detailed.

Performance of the new Arnott suspension system is excellent and the ride height is very good as well. I do notice a little bit of "rake" in the height. The front sits about 1-1/2" lower than the rear, but that changes with a couple people in the back. We're very impressed with the setup and the price is about 1/3 of what replacing the stock items would cost. Very easy to recommend the Arnott conversion kit.

Arnott Industries makes suspension components for just about any vehicle you can think of. Give them a shout today.
