This video was filmed back in early February, way before the current global situation! hope everyone is being safe and is doing well!

some of the plans I've mentioned in here have already changed, as usual.. mainly the drainage plans for the property. we will be installing one of @FRENCHDRAINMAN sump kits and ill be ordering well over 1000' of piping from him at some point this year. after watching many of his videos and learning as much as i can I think this will be the best option for our scenario. more on that at a later date though.

Im sorry this video is fairly boring and uneventful in comparison to my regular uploads, but i felt it important to bring everyone onto the same page that im on... or that i was on lol.
