I have added a masala powder in the below combination:
Dry chilli -- 250 gms
Coriander seeds -- 250 gms
Cumin -- 75 gms
Pepper -- 25 gms

Dry in sunlight, then dry roast it and make a fine powder.
store it in airtight container. you can use this masala for all non-veg gravy items.
