Golf Course with Russian Tips-Sponge Cake Recipe

Sponge Cake Recipe:

6 large eggs, separated
1 cup sifted flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons water
3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

The Syrup:
2 tablespoons Whiskey
1 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoon water
Use blue jello for water, brown sugar for sand and fondant for the balls.
