Playing a Guitar Through a Bass Amp ft. Ashdown Studio 8

I kept on meaning to do it, and I wish I did sooner. After a month (and a week) of renting a couple bass amps. I finally plugged my guitar in...on the last day. And what can I say? The @AshdownBassAmps Studio 8 is a winner on guitar. Lightweight (13.4lbs), loud (30W), and affordable ($259CAD, as of April 2026). If Ashdown made a guitar equivalent, I think they'd have an absolute winner that would rival the Boss Katana and the like, at a more affordable price. Another thing I thought of was that because it's a bass amp, if you've got a looper you can now loop with both through the same amp. I know you can "technically" run a bass through a guitar amp, but you risk blowing out the speaker when you start pushing the volume, even a little.
