Watercolor Leaves

Today I will show you how I paint a vine leaf in watercolour. We will go slowly step by step!

This is a realtime and simple demonstration with full explanations.

The paper is cold pressed 140lbs 100% cotton rag - it has a bit of texture which is good for using the dry brush technique at the end to get texture on the leaf surface.

My paints are Winsor & Newton professional tube colours in:-
Permanent Sap Green
French Ultramarine Blue
Cerulean Blue (I forget to use this - sorry)
Raw Umber
Burnt Umber
Alizarin Crimson

BRUSHES - synthetic watercolour round sin size 0 , 3 and 6 also FLAT quarter inch brush.
