If you’re having trouble relaxing and forgetting about things that stress you out, then you’ll love this video. Today, I show you some satisfying videos to help you keep calm.
Painting can be very relaxing and therapeutic when you’re feeling stressed. And you can try some easy painting tricks for your home. One is to take some cardboard boxes, cut it in circles, then apply some paint to them, stamp it on a flat surface, and create little planets. This is a great painting idea that will also help you decorate your walls too.
If you like fluid art, you can use a sink strainer to make a very abstract piece. Place the strainer in the middle of your canvas and then slowly pour different colors on top.
I also show you how to use acrylic paint to draw little realistic-textured bubbles. First, paint your canvas black, then using some sort of round stencil, trace it around with your paintbrush to give it shape. Finally, add the sparkle and you’re all set.
