By the way, I do NOT work for the seller, I simply believe in Amazon's Customer Reviews when there are a lot of them - at least 200. This is just my way of "giving back" since I have benefited so much from many reviews in YouTube. These cartridges, according to the reviews of over 1000 buyers (follow link to read them), gets a score of 4 stars out of 5!... Pretty good for a "cheap generic" brand. Get smart!!!!

UPDATE as of Feb 2, 2015 --- From the original two sets I purchased, I only have one cartridge left. Luckily, my printer continues to print OK. I did have an issue with a cartridge (the wide black one I believe) that was borderline empty, but the printer would not give any signs to replace it yet, and it was screwing up the printing of a simple page of black text. So, in troubleshooting the problem I had my printer clean the "heads" like 5 or 6 times and this, I believe (since cleaning consumes ink), finally emptied up the cartridge and the printer did finally give me the warning "to replace a cartridge," which I did and from there, all is working fine again. I should point out I do use this printer for printing "everyday" stuff on regular paper, nothing that requires "high quality" printing like photography for instance. And for this use, the printer and inks keep performing satisfactorily.... so far.

UPDATE as of Aug 22, 2015 --- My printer keeps printing with same ink kits. However I have discovered a few things. When the printing is absolutely HORRIBLE, it is because one of the colors (magenta, blue, yellow) - or even blacks - the cartridge is EMPTY!... EVEN THOUGH, you get no warnings of any kind. So now when the color in general starts going bad (horrible), all I do is simply check the levels of the inks, and the one - or several - that are very low, I take the cartridges out and check them visually. And sure enough 95% of the time, one of the cartridges is empty or praticlly empty. Even if the "sponge" side shows ink still in it... that does not mean it "flows" down enough to contribute its share of ink. So far, I take cartridges in and out all the time, with no negative consequences. As soon as I close the LID of the compartment, the printer does its routine and resets the ink levels.

Oh another thing!.. if you don't use the printer often enough, the ink may DRY OUT and starts clogging up the printer head and as a result you get "lines missing of color (scratches)" on the paper. In this case you have to go to MENU/MAINTENANCE/CLEANING or DEEP CLEANING and these two consume a LOT of ink. So the lesson here is: USE your printer daily if possible and print something with not that much color (like a regular CNN news page with some graphics) but it will keep those little holes clean. Good Luck.
