WHY won't the Taiwanese Government Give Foreigners Taiwanese ID Numbers?
The Taiwanese government recently introduced a policy to give foreigners new ID numbers to match but the Taiwanese locals' ID numbers.... but they still don't give us a true feeling of belonging to Taiwan! Why?!?!?!
