I'm a hairdresser for over 30 years since I was 15, I've witness how the world has changed, and people are not easily satisfied by just a hairstyle only to matching their face shape, they have more ideas and fashion senses, but the busy lifestyles are driving everyone crazy, so as hairstylists today how can we get maximum flexibility to help them find a balance between expectations and the reality?
