SAUNA WORKOUT
First off it was burning up in the sauna, which pushed me to work harder. This workout routine is intense, all exercises are done back to back with no rest in between, you rest outside of sauna for 1 Minute, try to complete 5 rounds. Here's the routine:
20 Reps Diamond Push-Ups
50 Reps Backwards Arm Rows
45 Second Static Bicep hold with resistance band (each arm)
20 Reps Back Rows with resistance band
20 Reps Resistance Band Crunch(Abs)
20 Seated Knee/Leg Raises (Abs)
COMPLETE 5 ROUNDS. Come out of sauna after each round and REST for 1 MINUTE
