Cheese Pides or Georgian Cheese Bread (Khachapuri) with easy Pizza dough recipe

Very easy dough recipe which you can make in a mixer, by a food processor or by hand, it works every time.
Serves 4 cheese breads
Ingredients listed below, feel free to play with your own ingredient pairings. You can use pizza sauce, cheddar etc.
Ingredients:
For the dough:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry active yeast
1 tbsp granulated sugar
3 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup warm water
1/2 warm cup milk
1 tbsp olive oil
For the filling:
ORIGINAL
1/3 cup Farmers cheese
1/3 cup Shredded mozzarella
1/3 cup Feta cheese
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
1 egg
1 for egg wash
SPINACH ARTICHOKE MUSHROOM
3-4 tbsp spinach artichoke feta dip
1/3 cup mozerella
2-3 sliced mushrooms
Pinch of oregano
Pinch of salt (optional)
MARGHERITA
1/3 cup feta
1/3 cup mozzarella
1-2 tbsp tomatoe
3-4 basil leaves
Pinch of salt (optional)
SAUSAGE/PEPPERONI N CHEESE
1/3 cup mozzarella
1/3 farmers cheese
1/4 Parmesan
a few pepperoni or sliced sausage
Jalapenos (optional)

Apply egg wash to all and bake for 15-17mins at 450F
