🌼 Arhar ke Phool ke Pakore Recipe

⭐ Ingredients

Arhar ke phool – 1–2 cups (clean & washed)

Besan – 1 cup

Rice flour – 2 tbsp (crispy banane ke liye)

suji -2tabsp

Haldi – ¼ tsp

Lal mirch powder – ½ tsp

Dhaniya powder – ½ tsp

Jeera – ½ tsp

Ajwain – ¼ tsp (optional, digestion ke liye accha)

Namak – taste anusar

Water – batter banane ke liye

Oil – frying ke liye
👩‍🍳 Method

1. Arhar ke phool ko wash karke paani drain kar dein.
2. Ek bowl me besan, rice flour, haldi, mirchi, dhaniya, jeera, ajwain, namak sab mix karein.
3. Ab dheere-dheere paani dal kar thoda thick batter banayein (pakora jaisa).
4. Ab arhar ke phool ko batter me ache se coat kar dein.
5. Kadai me oil garam karein, medium flame rakhein.
6. Coated phool ko chhote pakore ki tarah fry karein jab tak golden & crispy ho jaye.
7. Tissue par nikaal kar garam-garam chutney ke sath serve karein.
👉 Tips

Rice flour se pakore extra crispy banenge.

Mirchi thodi kam ya zyada apne taste ke hisab se karein.

Isme pyaaz bhi dal sakte hain agar taste enhance karna ho.
