Dowels: I get them at Walmart in a mix pack. The thinnest ones in the pack are pretty breakable so avoid them unless shortening to 6-8 inches. The single size packs at Walmart are the crappy thin ones. Get packs off larger sizes Dowels that aren’t an assortment at craft supply stores.

The crystal beads are from Joanne’s fabric store. They have very large gorgeous single crystals too which you can see in my original wand video that I link to at the end.

Strands of quartz crystals are found at most craft stores. More varieties and fiber crystals can be found at rockhound shops or crystal and gem fairs. Online I prefer to buy crystals through Etsy sellers. Some are from China but I’ve had good quality so far from all of them.
