What happens if you complete SONIC 2 with the ITEM CHEAT...

This gameplay footage is completely unedited. But seriously... Once upon a time I expected something like this to happen with the item cheat , and aside from being able to mess about with the original ending a little bit, I and many can confirm it does not.
