Two Countries, One Wedding - Incredible story of love - Maddie and Craig's Wedding Video

Maddie and Craig have quite the original story. During lockdown, these two met online and hit it off. The only problem, he was in the UK, and she was in the USA. After they started to fall in love, Maddie and Craig had limited time together due to a worldwide pandemic going on, which didn't make things easy. The story is so good, we thought we'd let Maddie tell it. Here are her words about their story.

"We met online during the first wave of the Pandemic in May 2020. As our relationship progressed, we agreed to meet up which meant Maddie had to fly to the UK as the US borders were closed to non-US citizens. After 2 weeks in the UK, a second trip was booked over Christmas, as Craig was still unable to enter the UK. On December 24th 2020, Craig proposed and we started the K-1 Visa process. This unique relationship continued into 2021, where Maddie would visit for her longest trip of one month in July-August 2021. To make it more interesting, Craig booked a 2 week holiday touring the Highlands of Scotland + ancestral homelands. His K-1 Fiance visa was finally approved in December 2021, and he was able to finally enter America on December 17th"

This story had so many back and forth (literally) moments. We even had to move the wedding day back a few months because Craig's Visa wasn't yet approved. All in all, we made it happen, and these two got married on her family's land in Newcastle, OK. The day was filled with traditions brought over by Craig, and it honestly was so beautiful to watch.
