I bought this large Redsail X700 laser etcher / cutter clone off of eBay. It's the 60 watt version, also available as an 80 or 100w.

My pre-purchase research had me prepared for any number of D.O.A scenarios. But I heard just as many stories of insane value and functionality.

I shot this in mostly FPV for any would be buyers to experience the best part of the purchase, the homecoming.

As you'll see, some aspects exceeded my expectations while others fell short. But overall I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I feel like I stole it.

I cover the handful of upgrades / modifications performed to bring it up to speed.

UPDATE: The seller issued a partial ($200) refund for the bad tube which restored some of my faith in humanity!
