Ingredients
Tomato – 3
Toor dal – 100 grams
Onion – 1
Dry chilli – 1
Curry leaves
Green chilli – 1
Garlic cloves – 10
Asafoetida – ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Urad dal – 1 teaspoon
Tamarind juice of amla size
Coriander leaves

Temple Style Tamarind Rice/ ప్రసాదంపులిహోర temple styleలో ఇలాచేసుకోండి గుడిలోప్రసాదంతిన్నట్లే ఉంటుంది
Ingredients:
Rice - 1 cup
Tamarind Mix:
Tamarind - Big lemon size or 30 gms
Cooking Oil - 4 tbsp
Ground But - 3 tbsp
Gram Dal - 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Red Chillies (cut) - 2
Green Chillies (slitted) - 3
Curry Leaves - 2 sprigs
Turmeric Powder - 4 tsp
Asafoetida Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste or 11/4 tsp
For Masala Powder:
Gram Dal - 1 tsp
Urad Dal - 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Red Chillies - 4
White Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida Powder - 1/4 tsp

Cooked Rice - 1 bowl
