Indiana Jones 5 - A Deliberate Failure from Disney?

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is Harrison Ford's final go around as the iconic Indiana Jones character. The movie is set to release in theatres very soon but there is something about Indiana Jones 5's marketing and release strategy that completely baffles me.
And I can't help but feel that the movie is being setup to fail by Disney and its CEO Bob Iger, who inside sources say are unhappy with the movie and are absolutely furious with the disastrous, CEO of Lucasfilm Kathleen Kennedy. Who it seems has ruined yet another IP (and the last one left) from Lucasfilm.
Are my deductions as to Disney's disappointment and frustration with Indiana Jones 5 and the Dial of Destiny founded, or are they far fetched?
