Hi, Guys! In this video I show you full service of Rockshox mountain bike front fork - Rockshox domain r dual crown! Here we disassemble fork, inspect all parts, change oil seals, repair dust seals, change oil both in the cartridge and in lower legs and of course assemble it.After all operations with fork, we test fork out of bike! 1:28 Remove oll seals with big flat screwdriver.
1:50 Second seal. Looks not better than first!
2:36 Springs from dust seals must be cleaned and tightened for better performance after years of using.
4:47 Put springs on dust seals. DO NOT twist them. It's tricky!
6:20 Full set of seals. Ready to installation. Black seals are new.
6:50 Disassemble spring leg.
8:39 Spring rod is OK. And threads in it too.

12:49 Inside look after hot washing with soap.
13:22 How it slides without sand inside? It slides perfect!!!
13:49 Little bit of silicone spray will help us to install seals.
14:25 Install seals with help of 30mm socket. Do it gently.
15:06 Dust seals install by hand.
15:32 Perfect! Look like new!
16:01 Then fill seals with grease and remove excessive grease.
16:43 Be careful, do not damage seals!
17:11 Spring side needs 40ml of 15w oil; Cartridge side needs 10ml of 15w oil.
18:24 Tighten bottom bolts. DO NOT OVERTIGHTENII!
22:23 Don't forget about rebound knob!
