Test begins at 0:22. As you can see the test started out just fine. Just after the verbal direction began, the audio became extremely distorted to the point where you could not understand what was being said. Shortly after, the both visual and audio froze. Then, the regular tv channel started cutting in. Recorded on Fox news channel on DISH.
