Description: Draco is dared to take Hermione Granger to the Yule Ball by Crabbe and Goyle and to see if she will fall for him. However, when Draco starts to get to know her at the ball, he falls for HER. The truth starts slipping out by other Slytherins so Draco tells Hermione that it was for a dare but he does truly care for her. She doesn't forgive him though and hates him for what he's done. She is further away from him than she has ever been. And now that Draco loves her, he tries to tell her how much she means to him and shouts at Crabbe and Goyle for bringing this all upon him. In the end, it doesn't matter that Draco had the courage to tell Hermione. They will never be together.
