7 Cult-Niche CGC 9.8 Comics To Buy & Hold Forever [+Honorable Mentions]

A big portion of my CGC 9.8 collection seems to be these cult-following-type of comic books so I thought it would be a good idea to assemble a list. Often these under-the-radar niche CGC 9.8s are just as cool as obvious key issues, but have far less copies on the census. I think over the long term these kind of issues should do just as well or maybe better then your average CGC 9.8 key issue/ first appearance.
