Quickswap stuff (dsc)

You can quickswap (by just swapping weapons normaly) to every weapon slot exactly ONCE if you haven't pulled it out yet. swaping weapons refreshes the corresponding slot. spawing/respawning refreshes all 3. pretty much useless I suppose but maybe useful for the first rotation of dps or smth ... also fun.
No dex mods used.

Follow up:
Swapping weapons during your class ability also refreshes the slot (titan thruster doesn't tho). This is nice for warlocks since you can cancel the rift animation: https://youtu.be/pOcey1edMYo
