In this video I will demonstrate a step-by-step guide of how to replace a prime bulb (purge pump) on an Echo chainsaw. This video also shows how to remove, sharpen and replace the chain for a chainsaw and how to replace the air filter.

Almost all chainsaws have the same basic setup and are very easy to work on. If when replacing any component on a chainsaw it is a good idea to search for the model number and name of the manufacturer for the part you will be replacing. This way you will be sure to purchase the correct item. Normally it is best to order all parts online as some major suppliers may not carry the parts needed to work on your chainsaw.
