DIY Metal Casting Sand from Kitty Litter - Green Sand

Homemade green sand for metal casting. Recipe: bentonite clay from ground kitty litter, 10% by weight. 90% fine sand by weight. Mix dry and then add water while mixing until it holds it's shape when pressed together. If it sticks to your hands then it is too wet. This stuff is great for casting most metals including, aluminum, brass, copper, and bronze. Not sure about others as I have not tried them.
