Kairi Rice Recipe | Chatpata Spicy Raw Mango Rice | Leftover Rice | Easy Summer Recipe #shorts

📝 Ingredients:
• 2 small raw mango (kairi), chopped
• 1 tsp jeera
• 3–4 dry red chilli
• 5–6 garlic cloves
• 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
• ½ cup peanuts
• 2 cup cooked rice / leftover rice
• Salt as needed
• Fresh coriander leaves

Tadka:
• ½ tsp chana dal
• ½ tsp urad dal
• ½ tsp black mustard seeds
• ¼ tsp methi dana
• 1–2 dry red chilli
• Curry leaves
• 2 tbsp oil

👩‍🍳 Method:

Dry roast jeera, garlic and dry red chilli till aromatic.
Crush coarsely with chopped raw mango.
Add salt and Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix.
Prepare tadka with mustard seeds, dal, methi, red chilli and curry leaves.
Add peanuts and roast till crunchy.
Add prepared kairi mixture and cook 2–3 minutes.
Add cooked rice and mix gently.
Garnish with coriander and serve.

Perfect balance of khatta + teekha + crunchy in every bite 😍
