Can a cammed SRT Charger beat the Challenger Scatpack being 200lbs heavier?

Check out this insane race between the Challenger Scatpack with very light mods vs a SRT Charger with full bolt ons and a cam. Will the charger be able to overcome the 200lb weight disadvantage? I also pilot a subscribers modded Charger Hellcat against a wicked modded Challenger Hellcat in addition to several other fantastic races. It was a wild night at the track.
