200 - 300 BPM SWIVEL TECHNIQUE

after about just under 2 years of have czarcie kopyto pedals and being inspired learning the swivel technique from the likes of KRIMH, george kollias, ken bedene, eugene Ryabchenko and many more, heres my attemt of trying 200 - 300 BPM
its a little sloppy in places, but i will be improving on them
