This engine gets 23 MPG in the city and 31 MPG in the highway. But stepping up to the 3.5 liter V-6 engine is where the 2012 Nissan Altima Coupe really shines. The larger motor produces 270 horsepower and 258 lb-ft. of torque. Fuel economy is good at 18 MPG in the city and 27 MPG on the highway. There is also a 6-speed manual transmission that can be had.
