Global shipping crisis: China ramps up container production

It has been labelled a "global transport crisis" - a shortage of shipping containers in Asia is triggering record freight costs.
China is ramping up its production to meet the rising demand.
But pandemic restrictions around the world have compounded the problem, causing lengthy delays and a heavy backlog at ports across Asia.
