Hey guys? Guess what? I did a thing and attempted to do an animation meme. It's been a long hot minute since I've tried one. I have a whole list of ones that I want to do, but I don't have the required skills to attempt any of them yet. This one seemed simple enough for me to try. After processing it, my program kind of warped the colors weird but it still looks okay enough.

BACKGROUND:
The OC featured in this is Macaw and the meme hints at some aspects of his life. I put a +13 warning on it because, well - guns and drugs. He's not a coke fiend anymore, just an alcoholic now. Sort of better right? But, given his circumstances, he's always down to try an make a quick buck here or there, whether that be armed robbery, mugging someone, or running drugs for Tomas. He lives life a little on the wild side. The dogs in the video are there to represent the corrupt police force within the story universe, aptly nicknamed Wolves. Most of them are just as interested in drugs and money as the people they hunt down.
