Cron Job to Restore Database & Files Every Hour - Great for Script Live Demos!

I'll show you how to reset your website every hour (or any time interval) by restoring your database and website files using a cron job. This is great if you are setting up a Live Demo for your PHP script or software so that way your demo script resets after your a prospective buyers mess around with the data -- allowing it to be in ideal condition for the next person to try out.

And if you have a better method of accomplishing this, please post in the comments below. I would really appreciate it as I am sure others would as well.
