Fashion Dress Sketch Paint With Water Pen

Hey guys, this is Zoljargal. This trendy fashion dress illustration is absolutely fav of mine. The colors came out so bright and pretty. I loved making this fashion illustration tutorial.

In this video, I'm painting with watercolor pen brushes and color pencils.
FYI:
For watercolor: Use wet on wet method. From dark color to light. You can outline your sketch with colored pencils if you want but not necessary unless you desire a watercolor look. Watch out for the water ratio, if you take too much water, the color might bleed (if you look close, it happened to my sketch's right sleeve). Plan your sketch's shadow and light wisely, it's very important. Apply pencil layer after the wet medium dries out completely. It really doesn't matter if you apply watercolor, then pencil layer AND another watercolor layer. ART HAS NO RULES! if it's dried out completely then you can put whatever you want on top of that.
