🏗️ Palm Beach Illustrated called it a first-of-its-kind members club coming to Naples. And after seeing the
full plans, it’s hard to argue.

Sterling’s Club and The Carnelian Hotel are under construction at 5400 Trail Boulevard in North Naples, directly across U.S. 41 from Waterside Shops on the site of the old Bowland Beacon bowling
alley.

Groundbreaking was January 28th. Target opening late 2027.

The Carnelian is a six-story, 70-suite all-club-level boutique hotel designed by world-renowned firm AvroKO. Every room at club level. Ground floor open to the public with upscale dining and retail.

Sterling’s Club spans three floors and more than 70,000 square feet. The Wellness Club is a 23,000-square-foot sanctuary with hydrotherapy pools, a hammam steam room, an infrared sauna, a five-star spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Dining and entertainment: Riva (rooftop restaurant and bar with Gulf views), The Dining Room (intimate fine dining), The Champagne Bar (omakase and cocktails), Jetlag (a speakeasy with nightly live entertainment in partnership with Artis-Naples and Gulfshore Playhouse), and Boulevardier (classic cigar lounge with private wine and cigar lockers).

Sixth floor accessible only by dedicated elevator and facial recognition.

Behind it all: the McCabe family. Phil McCabe Sr. developed the Inn on Fifth and helped shape what
Fifth Avenue South is today. He called The Carnelian his crowning career achievement after 40 years
in Naples.

Sterling’s was built for the community first. That’s a different kind of project.
