Today, I'm making myself to start something very difficult. A vlog documenting not just my life, but depression. The good. The bad. The ugly.

This is to show people dealing with depression that you are not alone. There are many people fighting this just like you.

This is also to help those who knows someone with depression and wants to help and for those that are genuinely just curious about it.
