When I first left my law practice and became a business owner, one of my early coaches was Keith Cunningham. He shared with me what I think of to this day as the "best coaching session ever". When I was on the receiving end of this lesson, I was struggling with one of my employees in particular. What I realized was that I was ultimately the one responsible for my employee's behavior because I was tolerating that behavior.
