Okay, guys. We're going to do another triangle from a back control position. As I said, the back is one of the best places to be, if not the best place to be in Jiu-Jitsu. Back or back mount, those are the best places. And we have rear neck choke, arm bar, and now we have another way to get to a finish from the back, which is a triangle. It's a little tricky. Okay. And it's similar to the rolling kimura that we did or the kimura trap that people call it sometimes. But we're going to set it up a little differently. Now watch. Okay. All right.
I have Chad's back control here, my harness or seat belt control. Now as I fold this way, I'm on the choke side. This stuff is going to be on the arm bar side, which is this side. And we had our basic arm bar this way. All right. But we have also a little more sneaky stuff. We're going to hit a triangle. Now the trick to this side is I must have my head tight. I can't open up space and let him get his head on the floor. Okay. That's very important. Now what I'm going to do is I'm going to start going for my choke, putting pressure on his neck.
And I'm going to put pressure on his trachea, not necessarily going in here. I'm going to put pressure on his trachea. And Chad is going to start pulling away, pulling away, pulling away, and then I bring my leg over and trap his arm. Another way I can do that sometimes is instead of going for this harness grip, I can be sneaky and come down here and go like that. But the idea is I trap this arm. So one way, this way, like that. Another way is I'm here, very tight. Come under and trap like that. Okay. Now I'm here. All right. I'm trying to go for the choke, but what happens is I grab here at kimura. One, two. Okay. Dave Camarillo, a very famous fighter, is very good at this. I'm in this position. I push down, and I have a lock here sort of like an Americana. Then I go this way, and I lock up my triangle here. Now if he locks his hands really tight, that only makes it worse. Let's do that one more time. Here, choke, defense, kimura grip, cross the feet, this one on top, push down, finish. Come around. Lock. And that's a triangle from the back.
