Andrographis 1

Hello, welcome back to herbs 101. Today we are going to talk about Andrographis, we are going to take 2 videos to talk about andrographis. Many people actually already know about this herb because they will use it to help fight off a virus, if they're catching a flu for example. And scientific research does prove that andrographis is effective against a number of different viruses. Let's start with the fact that andrographis was helpful against the first SARS CoV-1 virus and it actually has been helpful ever since 2020 in helping to fight off Covid19. We also know from scientific studies that it is effective against some flu strains and we also know from the studies that andrographis is effective against herpes simplex 1 & simplex 2. The scientific studies prove that it is helpful to increase the activity of your immune system and it does this by increasing your lymphocytes as well as your Natural Killer Cells. Here is some synergistic activity, by increasing your Natural Killer Cells, and Natural Killer Cells are the cells from your immune system that are supposed to go after viruses, by increasing your Natural Killer Cell activity, so yes it's antiviral.
