Welcome to Leland Fly Fishing Outfitters! 🐟 I'm Brandon Moon, and tonight we’re crafting the Suspension Black Caddis, a must-have pattern for wintertime fishing. This fly, featuring a foam body for exceptional buoyancy, is perfect for imitating black caddis hatches during spring, fall, and winter.

Materials Needed:
. Hook: Moonlit Premium ML12, size 14 🪝
. Thread: SemperFly Classic Wax, 12/0 Black ✂️
. Foam Body: Moonlit Zero Gravity Foam, 1mm & 2mm 🖤
. Wing: Silver Baitfish Predator Fibers ✨
. Dubbing: Black Beaver Dubbing for a natural water-repelling effect 🧵
. Indicator Foam: 1mm orange foam for visibility 🟠

Steps:
1️⃣ Start the Thread: Secure thread 3/4 of the way up the hook shank and wrap back to the bend.
2️⃣ Foam Body: Attach and wrap foam to create a tapered body. Trim neatly.
3️⃣ Thorax & Wing: Add fibers and dubbing to build the thorax and wing case.
4️⃣ Bullet Head: Fold foam back to form the bullet head and secure.
5️⃣ Indicator: Attach a small orange foam strip for visibility.

Pro Tip: A little super glue strengthens the knot and adds durability! 🔗
